Minimal, deliberately tiny HTML email shell.
MailWizz's transactional-emails API silently rejects any request whose
body exceeds roughly 8KB — it comes back with a nonsense "every field is
blank" validation error instead of a size error. Laravel's default
markdown mail component renders to ~11KB on its own, which is already
over that ceiling. Every transactional email in this app must stay
well under it, so this shell is plain inline-styled HTML, no component
system, no external assets.
